All items are baked fresh to order and packaged in specialized, airtight containers. For perishable items like cannoli kits or cakes, we use temperature-controlled packaging and expedited shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer same-day delivery for local orders?
Yes, local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM. Availability may vary during high-demand holiday seasons.
Can I customize an order for a special event or wedding?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom cakes, pastry platters, and gift baskets. Please contact our catering team via the 'Custom Orders' page at least 7 days in advance for specialized requests.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan options available?
We offer a selection of gluten-friendly and vegan Italian pastries and breads. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our facility processes wheat, nuts, and dairy.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
How should I store my pastries to keep them fresh?
Most of our bread and dry cookies can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container. Cream-filled pastries and cakes should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 2-3 days for the best experience.
